7-story residential building completed sometime in the early 1900s. It is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor of concrete scored into larger bricks. Facing the avenue the ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront; the upper floors have three bays of single-windows. On the 2nd-5th floors they have brown iron bracketed sills and lintels, and there are air-conditioning vents cut below those in the north bay.

The main entrance is at the east end on 20th Street. There are a pair of grey, paneled cast-iron pilasters between which are a glass door and a plate-glass windows, and between those a panel of white marble, installed in 2023. The west end has a short return of the storefront. To the right is a narrow plate-glass window, and a much larger tripartite window. The upper floors originally had eight bays of single-windows, with the eastern three spaced apart from the rest. However, the 5th bay from the west has been reduced in size on every floor. The bracketed sills have been removed, but they retain the lintels that also grace the other windows on the 2nd-5th floors. A black metal fire escape runs down two of the western bays.

The east elevation has another fire escape. The building contains 18 apartment units. The west side of the ground floor is occupied by Lunetta Pizza.
