6-story modernist cooperative-apartment building completed in 1930. It is clad in large-faced brown brick and rough-faced, vertically-ribbed concrete. The first floor is largely below grade, behind low walls of brick and concrete. A set of stairs descends to the right, to a recessed entrance with a glass door and sidelight, next to which is an angled brick wall. There is a low window to the right, and another double-window to the left that is set fully above ground. At the west end is a secondary entrance down a set of steps, with a black metal door.

The facade is largely covered in textured concrete, with two areas of brown brick blocks snaking their way down both sides of the facade. There are four bays, the west bay with narrow double-windows. The east bay has short double-windows, also located in the next bay at the 2nd floor. The floors above at this bay have taller sliding glass doors fronting by metal railings. The remaining bay has short double-windows at the 2nd & 3rd floors, and deeply-recessed sliding doors behind balconies above, fronted by metal railings.
