161-foot, 17-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1930. Designed by Robert T. Lyons, it is clad in red brick above a limestone ground floor with a grey granite water table. The main entrance is near the center of the south facade, with wood-framed glass double-doors and a stained-glass transom in a beveled surround, covered by a peaked, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To the left is a double-window, a glass secondary door, another double-window, and a single-window. To the right is a small single-window, a larger single-window, and a plate-glass show-window.
The upper floors have brick quoins at the edges. There are, from west to east, a single-window bay, a double-window, a smaller single-window, double-window, smaller single-window, double-window, large single-window, smaller single-window, and a large single-window, all with black metal framing. Thin stone string courses run below the 4th & 14th floors. Below the 16th floor is a wider band of stone with a zig-zag pattern, and stone capitals at the ends, capping the quoins. The 17th floor is set back and faced in white stone.
The east facade on the avenue has more show-windows at the ground floor, as well as a metal secondary door and a glass door into the commercial space. The upper floors have four bays of double-windows, along with a single-window in the middle and a smaller single-window at the north end. The trim matches that seen on the south facade, and the penthouse floor is set back from this side as well.
The north facade angles back toward the west, and has a central light well. There are two bays of single-windows on either side of the light well, which is clad in beige brick. The rear wall of the light well has five single-windows, the western ones narrower. A black metal fire escape runs down the western two. The side walls have a double-window, with an additional single-window in the east-facing wall and two in the west-facing wall. The east facade is clad in beige brick and has, from south to north, a single-window, a wider single-window, a smaller window, a double-window, another small window, and a wide single-window.
The building contains 93 apartment units. The east side of the ground floor is occupied by Royal Orthodontics, and Theraphysical Care.
