It is clad in dark blue-grey painted brick above a ground floor with grey cast-iron piers, a storefront with black wooden doors and French window framing, and a residential entrance on the right with a wood-and-glass door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black stone brackets sills and black metal lintels. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Gramercy Ale House.
