106-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2011. Designed by Michael Kang, it has narrow beige brick end piers, with a glass-and-aluminum curtain wall in the middle. The ground floor has a storefront on the right, with a recessed window and glass door framing a central window. On the left is a black stone surround with two glass doors. The upper floors have two bays of windows, with black tinted glass in between and at the ends, as well as in the spandrels between floors, with metal vents topping each glass spandrel panel.

The side elevations are clad in brick. The west facade has three bays of single-windows near the middle, the rear two narrower. The building contains 18 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Awe Sum Dim Sum.
