5-story Italianate residential building completed in the 1870s. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor with fluted cast-iron piers (the southern one partially obscured) with a metal, wood, and glass storefront, and a residential entrance on the right with glass double-doors below a large transom.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with red iron lintels and cornices. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils, and a frieze with panels with rosettes. The ground floor is occupied by Ampersand bar.
