291-foot, 33-story modernist residential building completed in 1992. Designed by Avinash K. Malhotra Architects, it was formerly known as The Elektra until a name change in 2014. The tower is set back atop the 1-story, double-height, white stone base, with the 2nd-5th floors clad in blue-grey brick, and the lower part of the 6th-21st floors having beige brick with blue-grey banding, also seen at the top two floors.

The ground floor has banded piers with dark-grey granite bases. There are storefront bays at the south end, and at the northern two. The main entrance is in the 2nd bay from the south, with glass double-doors below a navy-blue metal canopy. To the north is a smaller bay with two black metal service doors. A band along the top of the base has square, geometric icons alternating with white squares. The upper floors have two double-windows bays in the middle, followed to the outside by a window paired with a sliding glass door (fronted by square concrete balconies with glass railings beginning at the 6th floor), a narrow double-window bay, and another bay fronted by balconies at the ends. Thin concrete floor plates run across the tops of the windows at each floor. At the center pier, the brick colors are reversed, with blue-grey brick at each floor, and beige brick interrupting the bands. Above the 21st floor the northern middle bay changes to single-windows, and the four columns of balconies changes to two columns of wider balconies at the ends. The north and south ends set back above the 31st floor, with the balconies ending.

The banding continues on the north and south facades. The north elevation has a bay of paired double-windows at the east end. The south facade has a similar bay beginning at the 11th floor. Farther back are two bays of very small windows, another paired double-window bay next to a separate double-window, and at the west end are more balconies fronting glass sliding doors and windows.

The west-facing facade is split into two parts. The southern one has balconies at the north end, followed by a double-window bay, and two paired double-windows. The north half is set farther back and has three double-windows and a single-window bay. The building contains 166 apartment units. The base along the avenue is occupied by Vintage Thrift Shop, and QQ Nails and Spa.
