4-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is clad in variegated yellow-tan brick above a ground floor with white iron end piers, two small metal-and-glass storefront, and a residential entrance on the right with a metal door. The upper floors have two bays of tripartite windows with white wooden framing. They have brick lintels and there are continuous brick sill courses across each floor. Two panels of corbelled brick are located between the 2nd & 3rd floors at both bays, and a red iron fire escape runs down the middle. The facade is crowed by a brick roof parapet with a brick diamond-shape and outlined panel, and a stone coping stair-stepping up toward the center. The ground floor is occupied by Yaya Tea, and Craft + Carry bottle shop.
