4-story residential building completed sometime in the mid-late 1800s. It is clad in dark-red painted brick above a white stuccoed ground floor with a storefront topped by a short, sloped tile shingle roof. The entrance to the upper floors is at the south end, with a glass door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black stone sills. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with fluted brackets and modillions and three panels. The ground floor is occupied by Molly's pub.
