4-story residential building completed sometime around the 1870s. It is clad in white-painted brick above a black cast-iron-and-glass storefront; the entrance to the upper floors is at the north end, with a black wood-and-glass door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black stone sills. A black iron fire escape runs down the northern two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a corbeled brick parapet with a dentil course. The ground floor is occupied by Seven Sins bar.
