257-foot, 19-story modernist cooperative-apartment building completed in 2025. Designed by COOKFOX, it is clad in red brick, with asymmetrical setbacks starting on the 13th floor, creating terraces for select residences, some of which include semi-enclosed loggias for year-round use. The south facade spans eight bays, with six bays on Third Avenue, each with large tripartite casement windows. There is a somewhat random pattern of segmental-arched tops to the windows mixed with flat-headed windows that are topped by black metal spandrels.

The main entrance is in the second bay from the east on 23rd Street, with gated double-doors and a small metal canopy. Ivy covers the bay on either side, and the rest on the ground floor have plate-glass windows for a commercial space. The building culminates in a 50-foot-tall central bulkhead that matches the rest of the building’s appearance with red brick and rectangular metal ventilation screens. The building contains 69 apartments.
