6-story Neo-Renaissance/Romanesque residential building completed in 1905. Designed by Horenburger & Straub, it is clad in buff-colored brick, with paneled cast-iron pilasters framing storefront bays at the ground floor. Both storefronts have glass door between plate-glass show-windows. The main entrance is centered between the storefronts, with a wood-and-glass door and transom.

The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows with beveled limestone surrounds and sill courses with decorative moldings on the undersides. The window surrounds are topped by various lintels, some with keystones, ogees, or small cartouches, with the outer two bays on each side differing from the middle bays at each floor. The top floor has round-arched windows with keystones. There is a dark-red painted string course below this floor, supporting narrow, slightly-projecting brick pilasters around the outer two bays on each side. A grey-green metal fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the middle of the facade, which is crowned by a dark-red metal roof cornice with brackets and dentils.

The building contains 28 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Wine Heaven, and Sunflower Gramercy Cafe.
