388-foot, 34-story modernist residential building completed in 2022. Designed by CetraRuddy, it is clad in white and grey metal panels and glass in silver, blue, and green shades. Above the 7-story base the west and east wings of the south facade cantilever out above the neighboring building to the south.
Most of the metal paneling begins at the 2nd floor, with the ground floor covered in more expansive glass areas. The main entrance is near the east end of the north facade, with glass double-doors in a glass surround. There is a metal service door in the bay to the west. The facades are divided into bays of varying widths, with slight angles on many of the piers, receding back toward the glass panes. Glass railing atop the base surround terraces. One section near the center of the west facade extends up another two floors before setting back above the 9th floor to the main tower. At the north facade, three bays extends up past the main roof of the base for another two floors.
At the tower, the northwest corner has glass wrapping around it, as do the top dozen floors at the northeast corner. The southwest corner is one of the two cantilevered bays, and also has wrap-around glass at the corner. The cantilever begins at the 9th floor, and the eastern cantilevered bay is a mirror image of this one, with both extending to a lower roof line with more glass railings. The upper box-shaped massing of floors atop the final setback (which contains a building amenity floor) houses the mechanical levels and equipment and is capped with a flat roof parapet.
The building contains 144 condominium units.
