14-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1961. Designed by Leonard Joseph, it is clad in white and red brick on the two main facades. The main entrance is centered on the south facade, with recessed, metal-framed glass double-doors and a sidelight set in a red brick surround and covered by a peaked, blue canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. The red-brick surround continues to a wider bay to the left, enclosing a recessed triple-window at the ground floor, fronted by three planters. The rest of the ground floor (and most of the upper floors) are clad in white brick. To the left are two square windows flanking a secondary door, and to the right are a couple of vents, and a commercial space with two plate-glass windows. The ground floor on the east facade on the avenue has storefronts.

The upper floors on the east facade have (from south to north) a double-window bay, two tripartite window bays, a small single-window, another tripartite window, and a 4-window bay, all with red brick piers between them at each floor. The upper floors on the south facade on 21st Street have (from west to east) a double-window bay, a tripartite window, two bays of four windows, and a pair of small single-windows, with no windows at the east end.

The rear facades are clad in plain, brown brick and have a few bays of single-windows (some smaller bathroom windows included). The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by a 7-Eleven convenience store, and Merchants NY restaurant and bar. The building contains 130 apartment units.
