172-foot, 15-story modernist residential building completed in 2002 for Related Companies. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with Ismael Levya Architects, it maintains the street wall on the avenue but is set back from the property line on the north and south sides to respond to the quieter character of the side streets. To break down the scale of the building as a whole, the avenue-facing façade features alternating recesses and is set back above the 10th floor.

The ground floor is lined with storefronts, divided by white limestone piers, and sitting on a dark-grey granite water table. The show window and door framing is in black stainless steel. On 20th Street, there is a curved entrance marquee and a revolving door entrance. Both the revolving door and the triple-doors in the bays on either side, along with the marquee, are silver stainless steel.

Above the ground floor the facades are clad in gold-colored brick with brown and white accents. On the avenue side, the three recessed bays begin above the 3rd floor, with their sidewalls faced in orange banded brick. The two bays around each recessed area extend up to the 10th-floor setback, while the end bays set back above the 6th floor and have wrap-around open corner windows. Brown metal air-conditioning vents are located below each window group. At the recessed top floors, the light-colored pre-cast cladding faces the four bays above the non-recessed areas, with the remaining three sections clad in curtain walls of blue glass and metal.

The north and south facades have orange brick with grey bands on the pier between the middle two bays that extends from the 4th floor to a setback above the 10th floor. There is an additional bay on either side, with open corners and wrap-around windows, plus outer bays that setback above the 6th floor. Farther east, the storefronts continue as 1-story sections. Set far back from the north and south sides is a central tower section with six bays of windows and a 3-bay-wide balcony at the 11th floor. The 15th floor is further set back.

The building contains 254 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by a Duane-Reade pharmacy, Citi Habitat New York real estate service, and a Sovereign Bank branch. There are an underground parking garage with an entrance and exit at the far east end of the 20th Street side.
