149-foot, 10-story modernist residential building completed in 2007. Designed by Garrett Gourlay, it has striking glass, metal and iridescent dark-grey brick façades. Above a 2-story retail base, there are a number of setbacks. On the avenue side, there is a 5-story chamfered southeast corner with a glass-and-metal curtain wall, and a 7-story chamfered northeast corner. The southeast chamfered corner leads back to a recessed facade with narrower, asymmetrical windows in contrast to the wider casements fronting 6th Avenue, where the southern two bays set back above the 7th floor, and the eastern two bays rise the full 10 floors.

The north facade on 18th Street closely mirrors the east facade, with the two bays adjoining the chamfered corner rising the full height, and the next two bays setting back above the 7th floor. Farther east, a recessed central section is framed by two mirror-image chamfered-corner, 7-story curtain walls. This recessed facade also has asymmetrical fenestration, and is fronted by a terrace between the chamfered corners. The far east end of the facade has a single bay of triple-windows rising seven floors to a setback.

The south-facing facade has asymmetrical windows, with a large setback portion to the west. The building contains 41 condominium units. The base is occupied by a Chase Bank branch, Modell's Sporting Goods, and a Duane-Reade pharmacy.
