135-foot, 14-story postmodern residential building completed in 2001. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs, it is clad in dark-red brick. The front facade spans a total of 20 bays, some with singe-windows and others with double- or triple-windows, all in grey metal frames. Some have black air-conditioning vents below them. The ground floor is banded horizontally; there are additional narrow banded columns running up the edges of the various recessed sections. At the center of the facade, where the main entrances are covered by a metal-and-glass canopy, the tower five floors are recessed, with a wide arch spanning these bays at the top of the 5th floor. Horizontal grey stone bands divide each floor. The outer wings set back above the 10th floor. The center sections steps up from 11 floors at the west side to 14 at the east, where it is topped by a square penthouse level with a large clock face.

The eastern elevation is also clad in red brick, with the horizontal grey stone bands between floors carried over from the front facade. There are two bays of windows, at the front and rear, up to the 10th floor, where there are setbacks at the front and back. One bay of windows extends up the narrower top four floors, near the rear, with a large, 4-paned studio window at the front side of the 11th floor. The building contains 210 apartment units. There is a parking garage entrance/exit at the far western end of the ground floor.
