7-story residential building completed in 1963. Designed by Horace Ginsbern & Associates, it occupies the whole blockfront between 18th & 19th Streets. It is clad in brown brick, with alternating white brick bands at each floor. The 7th Avenue facade spans 14 bays, two of which are recessed, with balconies and fire escapes, that serve to divide to elevations into thirds. The rest of the bays have either double or triple casement windows, with vents below them. A low brick wall fronts the facade, containing various shrubs and plantings.

The north and south elevations are brown brick, without the white bands. Both have four bays at the west side (two double, and two triple-casements), with a single recessed bay that has two single-windows and a fire escape, and a widely-spaced bay of double-windows at the far east ends. The western facade, facing the interior of the block, is clad in white brick, with single- and double-windows and fire escapes.

There is an underground parking garage accessed from a ramp on 19th Street, just west of the building. The ground floor on the south side houses a dental practice. The building was converted from apartments to condominiums in 1985, with 110 condominium units.
