110-foot, 12-story modernist residential building completed in 2002. Designed by Swanke Hayden Connell, the complex consists of two main structures - a 12-story tower at 151 West 17th and another across the block at 18th Street, joined by a shorter section. Together, this complex constitutes one building of the 2-property Campiello Collection - the other building is at 224 West 18th, on the next block over.

Both of the street facades of this building are clad in orange brick, four bays wide on 18th Street, and nine bays wide on 17th. The 17th Street building is U-shaped, with a courtyard at the north side at the interior of the block. The ground floor on West 17th has recessed entries, with the center sections faced in rough orange stone in some areas, and grey metal and glass in others. A parking garage entrance is located in the westernmost bay. A silver metal canopy covers the ground floor. Above are various window bays; the narrower ones are double-windows above metal vents, while the wider ones have the same arrangement next to a window with a large bottom pane and shorter top pane. Concrete band courses separate each floor. Each bay follows the same window arrangement until the 8th floor, where each bay has the wider grouping, creating an offset look, and the end bays have triple-windows above the vents. The concrete band courses continue around the west side of the building, where there is a gap between the neighboring structure. Above the 8th floor is a setback to the upper levels, creating a large terrace. The upper levels consist of two 4-story "towers' at the ends, also clad in orange brick, concrete and glass.

The 18th Street building also sets back above the 8th floor, and has the same basic design elements as the 17th Street facade. The complex contains 49 apartment units. The ground floor on 18th Street is occupied by Chelsea Ear, Nose & Throat.
