5-story residential building completed in 1882. It is clad in white smooth-stucco above a limestone ground floor. The facade is organized into a 4-bay middle section that slightly projects, and the two bays at each end. The main entrance is at the east end of the middle section, with black wood-and-glass double-doors atop a single stone step, framed by wide, fluted pilasters and covered by a rounded, green canvas canopy. All of the other bays have single-windows. There are low basement windows at the sidewalk level, and a basement entry at the west end bay, down several steep steps. A black metal fire escape runs down both ends of the facade.

At the top floors there are round-arches over the windows at the middle bays, and there are rows of small arches formed a scalloped roof line at the top.
