USA / New Jersey / Hoboken / West 23rd Street, 362-364
 apartment building, commercial building

5-story mixed-use building originally completed as two separate 3-story (plus raised basements) row houses in the 1850s. In the early 1900s the houses were joined, their stoops were removed and the lower floors remodeled into 2-story commercial bases, while the upper floors were converted into apartments. A new top floor was also added to what was No. 364 (the west half of the joined building).

The facade is clad in brick painted a cream color, with the 2nd floor in grey stone, and the ground floor having black metal-and-glass storefronts at the west half, and a storefront of black textured stone and metal at the east half; both halves have an entrance to the upper floors at the right sides, with black metal-and-glass doors.

The 2nd floor has a band of ten windows, with a wider stone mulling splitting them in the center. The 3rd & 4th floors have six bays of single-windows, and the 5th floor (at the west half) has three double-windows. The ground floor is occupied by Max Convenience smoke shop & convenience store, and Laundry Project 23.
