172-foot, 13-story postmodern residential building completed in 2025. Designed by SLCE Architects, it features a large 8-story rectangular volume cladded with a light-colored brick facade; a grid of floor-to-ceiling windows interspersed with dark spandrels arranged in vertical strips from floors 2 through 8; expansive metal-and-glass storefronts along Eighth Avenue and West 24th Street with multiple tenant spaces; and a 4-story block set back from the 9th level with a pair of stacked balconies lined with glass railings. The tiered superstructure is book-ended with two wide and narrow floor plates lined with more balconies and an exterior with grey paneling. Above the flat roof parapet is a mechanical floor following the outline and edge of the 12th floor’s western half.

The building contains 104 apartment units.
