A pair of joined 5-story residential buildings completed together in 1886. The unified facade is clad in grey brick above a ground floor lined with small, black metal-and-glass storefronts. There are separate entrances to the upper floors; No. 124's is centered between two storefronts, with a glass door and transom; No. 126's is at the west end, with a glass door framed by paneled black iron pilasters with fluted bases.

The upper floors have eight single-windows grouped into pairs. They have black stone sills and black lintels - the 2nd & 4th floors have lintels with egg-and-dart moldings and small arches, and the 3rd & 5th floors have peaked lintels with a different style of egg-and-dart molding. Small, light-grey spandrels panels between floors have either garlands or rectangles of floral ornament. A black, wrought-iron fire escape runs down the middle two windows of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels.

The ground floor is occupied by Taberu Nomu restaurant, Johny's Luncheonette, Kraviso Nails & Lashes.
