145-foot, 12-story Neo-Renaissance office building completed in 1928. Designed by Shampan & Shampan, it is clad in brown brick with white terra-cotta trim above a light-grey painted limestone ground floor with grey granite bases to the end piers. The ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront with a plate-glass show-window and a recessed glass door to the right. On the left is the main entrance, with glass double-doors below a tall transom. The ground floor is capped by a stone band with a wave motif.
The 2nd-3rd floors have tripartite windows in the middle, and single-window end bays, all framed by narrow 2-story terra-cotta pilasters; terra-cotta spandrels between these floors are decorated by octagons with urns within, while the wider center spandrel also has garlands and a pair of rosettes flanking the octagon. At the top of the 3rd floor the pilasters have terra-cotta capitals with ovals, and a terra-cotta band joins them, surmounted by a cornice.
The 4th-7th floors have the same window arrangement, with tripartite windows in the middle, and single-window end bays. The end piers have rows of small dentils running up each edge, and the brick spandrels between floors have projecting, vertical brick rectangles, three in each outer bay and six wider ones across the center bay. The 8th floor has a projecting stone band at the center bay carried on four stylized brackets; wider terra-cotta pilasters above frame three single-windows, while the end bays are set back. There are additional setbacks across the full facade above the 8th and 10th floors.
The west facade is also brick, with a bay of triple-windows at the front, followed by three bays of double-windows, and another three-window bay at the rear, with the front and rear bays narrowing at the upper floors with the setbacks.
