4-story Anglo-Italianate residential building completed in the 1860s as part of a row of six houses. It is clad in white-painted brownstone, lightly rusticated at the ground floor, and painted grey-brown at the basement level. A very short stoop on the right leads up to a paneled, blue-grey wood-and-glass door in a segmental-arched surround with a foliate keystone. To the left is segmental-arched window with a thin iron grille, and a wooden basement door below it.

The upper floors have two bays of single-windows, growing shorter at each floor. The top two floors have bracketed sills, and all the windows have flat stone lintels. There are grey quoins at the east edge of the upper floors, and the facade is crowned by a bracketed, black metal roof cornice. Much of the upper floors and the cornice are covered by climbing ivy. The house is now split into three apartments.
