6-story office building completed in 1895 as a 5-story building. It is clad in brownstone, four bays wide, except for the 1st floor, which has three bays. The central entrance is at the top of a stoop with thick side walls topped by lamps. The double doors with a 4-over-2 transom are framed by paneled pilasters with scrolled brackets supporting a cornice. To either side is a large window with wrought-iron grilles, above a raised-basement entrance with a black metal door. The windows are framed by keyed stone surrounds, in turn flanked by rough-faced stone in horizontal blocks.

Above a cornice, the 2nd-5th floors have rough-stone blocks inset in the piers between each window. The windows are surmounted by stone lintels with carved ornament, and joined sills underline each floor. The 5th floor is topped by a grey metal cornice with four small brackets. The newer 6th floor, above the cornice, is faced in brown-painted smooth stucco, with four plain window openings and a metal coping at the roof line.
