180-foot, 14-story Art-Deco office building completed in 1928. Designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag as a manufacturing building, it is clad in tan brick above a tall beige brick ground floor. There is a central entrance, consisting of double glass doors set under a round-arch framed by a herringbone pattern in shades of grey; the arch is set within a panel of grey-brown painted smooth stucco with a pair of rosettes at the upper corners. To the left, there are glass-and-metal show-windows in two bays, and to the right there is a retail entry in glass and metal, a recessed freight bay, and another storefront at the west end. Two rows of projecting bricks runs across the top part of the base, which is capped by a dentiled band course.
The upper floors are organized into a middle bay of four windows, flanked by two bays of three windows, and end bays of paired windows. The end bays have recessed brick spandrel panels, and the piers between the bays and narrower brick pilasters between windows are uninterrupted up to the top of the 7th floor. Here the middle bays end in a setback marked by a corbelled band course. The end bays extend up to the 9th floor before setting back, but have short, corbelled band courses at both the 7th and 9th floors. The windows in the end bays are segmental-arched at the 9th floor. The 9th-floor windows in the middle bays are also arched.
There are additional setbacks every two floors, both at the end bays and the further recessed middle bays. These upper setbacks are marked by cast-stone coping and brick corbelling. The east elevation is clad in brown brick, with several bays of single-windows. Both the front and east facades are dotted with protruding air-conditioning units. The ground floor is occupied by ABC Imaging, and ARVACI Coffee.
