7-story office and storage building completed in 1912. Designed by Charles E. Birge as a manufacturing building, it is clad in off-white painted brick. Each of the upper floors has four windows in full brick surrounds. The ground floor has a storefront in the middle and entrance at the ends. The facade is capped by a simple stone roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Theater Lab.
