188-foot, 16-story office building completed in 1925. Designed by George & Edward Blum, it is four bays wide clad in buff-colored brick above a 2-story limestone base. Both ends of the ground floor have entrances; the service entrance at the west end is under a pointed-arch, while the larger main entrance at the east end has been remodeled with a beveled red granite frame and three glass doors. The middle two bays have modernized storefronts with plate-glass topped by reflective silver metal panels. 2-story moldings encompasses both of these bays; above the stone spandrels with modest paneled decoration are three windows in each bay on the 2nd floor. The outer bays also have three windows at the 2nd floor. A small cornice lined with rosettes caps the base.

The upper floors have narrow brick pilasters dividing the three windows in each bay, paneled brick spandrels, and stone sills. The facade is dotted with protruding air-conditioning units. The three eastern bays set back above the 10th floor, where there is a small cornice, while the western bay sets back above the 12th floor. Above, there are similar shallow setbacks every two floors to the main roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Spechler Vogel Textiles, and Cool Breeze Air Conditioning.
