7-story office building completed in 1925. Designed by Herbert R. Mainzer, it is three bays wide, clad in limestone above a glass and stainless steel ground floor. The entrance to the upper floors is on the left, and a storefront to the right. A mesh metal screen covers the top part of the ground floor.

The upper floors have double-windows, slightly wider in the center bay, with black metal frames. There is a modest cornice above the 2nd floor, and the spandrels have simple carved panels, except for the middle one below the 6th floor, which has a cartouche flanked by swags. The taller top floor has round-arches above the windows, and a projecting, modillioned stone roof cornice.

The eastern elevation is clad in brown brick, with three bays of single-windows near the center. The western elevation is clad in reddish-brown brick with no openings. The ground floor is occupied by Gifts & Luggage souvenir and bag shop.
