4-story residential building completed in 1886 to a design by Schwarzmann & Buchman. It is clad in red brick above a tan stuccoed ground floor. There is a modernized storefront on the Sixth Avenue side. Toward the western end of the 24th Street elevation, the original main building entrance has been filled in, but still retains its pillars and round-arched frieze. A smaller, modern metal doorway has been added to the right. The avenue facade is three bays wide, and the north elevation spans five bays, with the piers projected slightly forward. Tan stuccoed bands run across each floor. Both facades also have carved red terra-cotta panels at each bay, between the floors. A pale-green copper roof cornice runs across both facades, with an egg-and-dart molding and fan-shaped pattern. On the avenue side, a triangular copper pediment rises up from the center of the cornice, reading "THE CORNER".

The ground floor is occupied by The Corner Cafe.
