4-story residential building completed in 1887. The lower two floors are framed in cast-iron, painted black at the ground floor and white above. The pillars feature fluting, paneling, and gold-colored ornament near the tops. The pillars divide the 2nd floor into two end bays and a middle section of three windows, all with transoms. Above a metal cornice, the upper floors are clad in red brick, with four windows per floor. There is horizontal white stone banding at the midpoint of the windows, and just below the impost blocks that support the hooded lintels. There is a stone sill course below the 4th-floor windows, and terra-cotta panels with faces between the two floors. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with decorative brackets and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by 725 Adult Video.
