147-foot, 15-story postmodern residential building completed in 1988. Designed by Der Scutt Architects, it is clad in beige brick and stone, five bays wide. The ground floor has a central, recessed entrance framed in light-colored stone; the glass doors are topped by a metal canopy. There are storefronts on either side.

The 2nd-7th floors have deeply recessed openings (creating balconies) in each bay between the brick piers and spandrels. Each opening has a stone sill and a metal railing. The recessed glass walls have windows and French doors that open onto the balconies. The 2nd bay from each end has double-height openings at the 3rd-4th & 5th-6th floors; the recessed areas have glass curtain walls.

There is a deep setback above the 7th floor; the upper floors have projecting rectangular balconies at the center and end bays. The other two bays have floor-to-ceiling tripartite windows with wide center panes. The building contains 42 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Optum Physical Therapy, and the Honduras Consulate General.
