 apartment building, 2000_construction

135-foot, 13-story postmodern residential building completed in 2000. Designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group, it is clad in red brick. There are three bays of tripartite windows in metal frames, each set above a metal vent. Vertical columns of protruding brick line the facade's edges, and the western two bays. The ground floor has a main entrance with a canopy on the right, and a small service door on the left, with four single-windows in between.

The western half of the front facade sets back above the 9th floor; the east half extends up another floor, with a double-window on the left, and two single-windows on the right, before also setting back to the recessed uppermost floors, which are similarly designed. The eastern and western sidewalls are faced in red-painted, parged brick, with a handful of windows. There is a large round water tower visible on the roof. The rear facade is also clad in red brick, with a mix of tripartite and double-windows and a setback above the 10th floor. The building contains 50 apartment units.
