6-story Art-Deco cooperative-apartment building completed in 1950. Designed by H. Herbert Lillien, it is clad in beige brick. The two outer bays have double-windows, with vertical band of brown brick at the spandrels, and a dotted line of brown brick surrounded both bays. In between are eight bays of single-windows; the eastern of the two centermost bays has smaller windows. At the ground floor is a central entrance with a canopy, and a small window to the right. There is also a small service door at the far left of the ground floor

Two black metal fire escapes run down the facade, with rounded corners on the landings. At the top of the facade, the parapet is decorated with geometric patterns in brown brick; it is stepped up in the center, with metal railings above the ends. The building contains 42 apartments.
