4-story residential building comprising four joined structures, each three bays wide. They are clad in stone above 2-story storefronts that were added in the early 1900s. The buildings have sat mostly vacant and deteriorating for decades. The end structure at 207 Seventh Avenue has its segmental-arched window openings entirely boarded up. The other three have black metal fire escapes; the top-floor windows at No. 203 are shorter than the rest. The roof cornices have been removed from all as well.

The one remaining storefront was occupied by A&A Deli.
