5-story office building completed in 1870 for architect/builder brothers G. & W. Youngs, rebuilt from the original five 4-story rowhouses than lined this portion of the avenue. It spans 15 total bays, with black sills on impost blocks and black metal cornices on the windows. The ground floor is lined with storefronts, and the upper floors clad in cream-colored painted brick. There are two black iron fire escapes on the facade, which is topped by a bracketed black metal roof cornice with a gable over the center three bays.

The ground floor is occupied by Sals Convenience, Season Taste restaurant, and S.O.S. Locksmith.
