135-foot, 15-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group with interiors by Andi Pepper, it has a 2-story base of rusticated limestone, with bright red-painted brick above. There is a black stone water table at the middle of the ground floor, with a parking garage entrance/exit at the west, and a storefront at the east. The 2-story entry is recessed, with a green glass and metal canopy suspended over the doors.

The facade is eight bays wide, with tripartite windows, except for the two center bays, which only have side panes at the outer edges. Above the base, there are also two narrow end bays with open-corner windows not bounded by the red brick piers that separate the other bays. The tripartite windows have vents below the large center panes, and additional panes below the side windows. White spandrel panels separate each floor between the piers.

Above the 10th floor, there are setbacks at the outer bays; here begin a series of side setbacks, stair-stepping to the center two bays which rise to the full height of 15 floors. The set-back south-facing facade of the top floors have wrap-around glass-and-metal corners, and projecting balconies with white metal railings at the 12th & 14th floors. The western elevation has alternating bays of large tripartite windows with smaller single windows up to the 10th floor, where the main setback is. The top five floors have a bay of double-windows matching the side of the wrap-around bay at the front; further back is a bay of single-windows, and a bay of smaller square windows. A white band separates each floor on this facade.

Casa contains 110 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Casa Organic Dry Cleaners, and The Sliding Door Company.
