4-story residential building completed in 1896. It is clad in orange brick above ground-floor storefronts. There are two bays of single-windows in the middle of the facade, with double-windows in the end bays. A black metal fire escape runs down the center bay, and a steel vent pipe runs up the facade, to the left of the northern bay, from the north storefront to above the roof line. At the roof line, there is a brick parapet, cut away above the windows of the outer bays, where it is replaced by metal railings. The parapet portions are capped by a metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Cesar's Shoe Repair, RB#2 barber shop, and Pita City.
