5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1892. The 4-bay facade is clad in blue-grey painted brick. The ground floor has a central entrance between metal-and-glass storefronts that angle slightly outward. The 2nd- & 3rd-floor windows have white-painted flat stone lintels, with two narrow band courses framing the top of the 2nd & the bottom of the 3rd floor. Between the 3rd-floor windows and the round-arched 4th-floor windows are patterned brick spandrels. Another projecting band course marks the base of the top floor, which has square-headed windows with eared, white stone lintels with keystones. A simple roof parapet caps the facade, and a green metal fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the center two bays. The ground floor is occupied by Jian's Cleaners, and Mason Real Estate.
