4-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1925. The 3-bay facade is clad in light-grey painted brick. The entrance is in the western bay of the basement level; an iron fence surrounds the areaway in front of the basement and the steps down to the doorway. The four floors above the basement have flat stone sills and lintels on the windows; air-conditioning vents have been cut below the center window of each floor except the top one. The facade is crowned by a white roof cornice with brackets, modillions and panels.
