4-story residential building completed in 1910. The 4-bay facade is clad in beige brick. The westernmost bay has slightly wider windows, and the next bay to the east has no openings except for the doorway on the ground floor. The ground-floor windows are covered by iron bars. All the windows have projecting, rough-stone sills, and air-conditioning vents have been cut below the outer windows. The roof parapet with stone coping is stepped up at the ends. Toward the rear of the side elevation, which is faced in beige stucco, the parapet steps down slightly and has a metal railings above.
