4-story residential building completed sometime around 1870. The 3-bay facade is clad in light-red brick above a blue-green painted ground floor of brick, metal and stucco. The eastern bay has a doorway to the upper floors, and the center bay has a door to the storefront, both up small 3-step stone stairs and surrounded by an iron gate. At the western bay is a roll-down metal gate enclosing a passageway through the building to a rear building at the back of the lot that was built sometime later.

The upper floors have flat stone lintels over the windows, and flat stone sills. The 3rd-floor windows are split into side-by-side panes that swing open and have bottom transoms; the 2nd-floor windows are the same, except they also have transoms on top. The facade is crowned by a bracketed and paneled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Lingo boutique.
