210-foot, 17-story modernist residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Gwathmey, Siegel & Associates, the facade is composed of limestone clad, pre-cast concrete panels that create large scale, 2-story openings in-filled with windows and grey metal panel floor spandrels. The south elevation spans seven bays, and the east side has five bays, joined by a wider, curving corner bay at the intersection. Both facades set back above the 13th floor. The set-back top floors are similarly clad, but without the rounded corner.
The building contains 51 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by a Starbucks coffee.
