6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1918. Designed by C.F. Kruse as a printing factory, it has courses white brick piers. Only the outer piers extend down to stone bases at the ground floor. The two piers framing the center bay extend down to above the ground floor, and the other two piers begin above the 2nd floor. The ground floor has recessed entrances at each end, and a recessed storefront entry at the center. The modern storefront is faced in glass, blue-grey metal panels, and wood framing. Above the entrances and storefront are red metal panels and a cornice. At the 2nd floor, the center bay has double-windows, with four windows on either side, all with red-painted frames. A red-painted entablature tops the 2nd floor.

The upper floors have five bays of double-windows, with red metal frames. The piers are surmounted by red metal capitals at the 5th floor, supporting five round-arches with keystones. Stone circles ornament the spaces between each arch. The top floor has a continuous red sill course, and two round-arched windows in each bay. They have red-painted architraves with keystones and linking band courses. The facade is crowned by a red metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Housing Works furnishings.
