3-story residential building completed sometime in the mid-1800s. It is clad in red brick, four bays wide, with a simple brick roof parapet. The doorway is in the western bay of the ground floor, with a small set of steps, and is framed by black pilasters with a triangular pediment on top. There is also a rear building that was erected in 1898.
