5-story residential building completed in the late 1800s. It is clad in white stone; the ground floor was replaced in the mid-1900s. The upper floors have recessed round-arched windows with keystones and fluted Doric columns between each one. There are rope-patterned cornices with elongated dentils between each floor, and the facade is topped by a projecting roof cornice with brackets, modillions and dentils. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade.
