139-foot, 13-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1954. It is one of three buildings on the block erected at the same time as the Snug Harbor Development. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, the building is set far back from 9th Street, with landscaped grounds in front, and a long canopy leading to the sidewalk. The building itself is clad in beige brick, with a recessed light court on both the north and south sides. The simple casement windows are grouped into double and triples as well a singles, with air conditioning vents located below most of them. On the south side, the outer bays are set back, and there is a 1-story retail portion extending out to the sidewalk. Both facades have four columns of projecting, rectangular, white concrete balconies, with white metal Art-Deco railings.

There is also an underground parking garage, with an entrance on East 9th. The storefront are occupied by Flip Flop Shops, Maoz Vegetarian restaurant, 20/20 Optical, Haagen-Dazs ice cream, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Liberty Travel, Just Salad restaurant, Cosi restaurant, and Nutbox cafe.
