5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in the 1880s. It has two symmetrical halves, each four bays wide, with a separate entrance at the outside bay of each section. The ground-floor storefronts have been replaced with modern glass and metal versions. The upper floors are clad in white brick and stone, with the center two bays of each section slightly recessed, and metal fire escapes running down these bays. The outer bays of each section have windows framed by slender pilasters with Corinthian capitals and topped by triangular pediments at the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor outer bays have pink round-arches and carved stone above the windows, and all of the top floor windows are segmental-arched with brick headers. Twin white roof cornices with brackets, modillions and dentils top the roof line, with peaked triangular centers. The ground floor is occupied by Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy.
