4-story residential building completed in the 1860s. It is clad in red brick above a rusticated brownstone basement with three bays of segmental-arched windows. The high stoop leads to a segmental-arched doorway with an entablature. The upper floors have square-headed windows with stone sills and metal cornices. The original parlor-floor windows have been shortened, and air conditioning vents added below the center windows of the 2nd & 3rd floors. The top floor has a large studio window that was added in the 1900s.
